Mark Pattison Grantham
our founder
Mark has been in the real estate industry since 2007. He began his career as Realtor and realized that wasn’t the path he wanted to continue. In 2017 he launched PorchLight Realty. He began flipping houses. Since then he has flipped and property managed homes and taught many others how to do the same.
Today he continues to expand in all aspects of the real estate industry. His real estate investment company Grantham Capital (Remark Ventures LLC) is actively flipping, wholesaling, and buying rentals across San Diego County. He is teaching others to invest in all aspects of real estate.
Mark is married to his husband Burke and they have two dogs named Eleanor and Luca. His desire is to share his story, inspire others, and teach anyone how to improve their lives.
